MotiveRune Privacy Policy

Data Collection

MotiveRune does not collect personal data through developer-operated servers. The app does not require an account, does not include third-party advertising, and does not include third-party analytics.

Local Data

Your tasks, habits, quests, focus sessions, character progress, rewards, settings, and backup-related data are stored locally on your device by default.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, MotiveRune uses your Apple iCloud account to sync app data between your own devices. This data is handled by Apple under your iCloud settings and Apple privacy terms. The app developer does not operate a separate sync server for this data.

Nearby Device Sync

Nearby device sync uses local network connectivity only when you initiate it. MotiveRune does not send this data to a developer-operated server.

Backups

You may export and import backup files. You control where those files are stored and shared.

In-App Purchases

MotiveRune may offer premium features through Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. MotiveRune stores premium access state locally and through Apple's purchase infrastructure where applicable.
