LedgerSmith Privacy Policy

Data Collection

LedgerSmith does not collect personal data from the app developer's servers. The app does not require an account, does not include third-party advertising, and does not include third-party analytics.

Local Data

Your financial records, goals, settings, backups, and related app data are stored locally on your device by default.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, LedgerSmith uses your Apple iCloud account to sync app data between your own devices. This data is handled by Apple under your iCloud settings and Apple privacy terms.

Nearby Device Sync

Nearby sync uses local network connectivity only when you initiate it. LedgerSmith does not send this data to a developer-operated server.

Backups

You may export and import backup files. You control where those files are stored and shared.
